They are moulded with rounded edges and so are very tactile. They are moulded in anti-microbial plastics

This name badge is moulded in blue and the printing is covered with an acrylic dome – this is for style only, as the print is UV stable, resistant to wear and resistant to solvents such as perfume.

Depending on the size, moulded panel name badges can accommodate a large variety of fittings which mostly are ultra-sonically welded on the reverse for super toughness .
