The SL series are moulded with rounded edges and so are very tactile and ideally suited for care homes and hospitals. They are moulded in anti-microbial plastics

This name badge is a SL4, moulded in white surface printed and covered with an acrylic dome – this is for style only, as the print is UV stable, resistant to wear and resistant to solvents such as perfume.

Depending on the size, moulded panel badges can accommodate a large variety of fittings which mostly are ultra-sonically welded on the reverse for super toughness .
